The Post Office Passport Seva Kendra (POPSK) which was shut from April 27 will start to function from Monday 28 June 2021.
As there is a weekend lockdown enforced in the state the POPSK will give appointments for 5 days only, Monday to Friday.
The POPSK has now been shifted behind the Canteen on the ground floor at head post office premises only, earlier it was on the first floor.
Now only 40 appointments are been given and would be increased with time.
In May 2018 the number of appointments was raised to 75 but now they are restarting with 40 per day.
