The CEN cell under the leadership of B R Gaddekar has arrested two persons from New Gateway Unisex Spa and Salon Congress road Tilakwadi and have rescued 3 women.
The Belgaum CEN police have arrested two men and seized other paraphernalia used in immoral activity.
Vinayak Shinde and Prakash Yallukar are the accused who have been arrested.
